Depending on your location, MCSnet uses a variety of different technologies to provide your high speed internet services. MCSnet has been in business for over 30 years and uses 500+ fixed wireless towers and over 2,200 fiber optic cables to deliver high speed internet on its privately owned network based in Alberta.
What is the current offer?
Get Unlimited Internet for $49.95 per month for the first 3 months. Prices after the promotion are determined by your location. We will also include 3 months free on an MCSnet router rental. The router rental is $4.95 + GST after the 3 months and comes with continuous support. No-term and two-year contracts are available. You will receive a free installation, valued at $199.95 + GST, if you choose a two-year contract.
How do I contact customer support?
Contact our local, friendly Customer Service at 1-866-390-3928 or customerservice@mcsnet.ca. Technical Support is available at the same number from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM seven days a week, inculding holidays.
How quickly will I get installed?
After filling out the Check Availability form or contacting Customer Service, and agreeing to installation of new services, you will be asked to create an MCSnet My Account to add payment information, and choose and sign your contract. Customer Service will reach out to schedule your installation which will take place within one to two weeks.
